Clarissa Kristjansson helps women going through their menopause transition learn to manage their symptoms, regain confidence and a sense of freedom and energy. Menopause is a natural transition but menopausal symptoms can leave women exhausted, anxious and lacking in self-confidence and self-worth. She suffered a burnout during her own menopause and learnt first-hand the value of a holistic mind-body approach to transforming this life transition.
